What the Warranty Covers:

Manufacturing Defects:
- If a charm on your bracelet breaks or becomes defective at any time.
- If any portion of your bracelet rusts or turns your wrist green at any time.
- Chips, scratches, or nicks in materials at the time of delivery.
- Any stains or extreme blemishes on the metal found at the time of delivery.
Material Durability:
- Crafted from resilient stainless steel, our jewelry is designed to withstand sweat, showers, and even beach days without losing its color.

Exceptions to Our Warranty:

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Change of Mind – If you decide you no longer want the product after receiving it.
Price Comparison – If you find the product cheaper elsewhere and choose not to keep it.
Misuse – If the jewelry is damaged due to improper use.
Fabrication – If a false defect claim is made using photos of someone else’s bracelet.

Warranty Exchange Policy:

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will offer an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges.
