Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

 



Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Items must be returned with original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Shipping Cost

For returns that are not related to quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To ensure your return arrives safely, we kindly recommend using a trackable shipping service. This helps both you and us confirm the delivery of the returned item.

If a return package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We will do our best to support you with any information needed.

 



Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are generally not eligible for return or refund.

Final Sale items may include:

Products from specific collections clearly labeled as Final Sale

Limited-time promotional or clearance items

However, if a Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the specified return window. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

 



Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 



Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
